3ds Max : 3d max 2019 açılış hatası

herkese merhaba
aşağıdaki hatayı veriyor sebebi ne olabilir
driver update yaptım başka ne olabilir sizce?


Could not intialize the graphic device.potential solutioan are:
update your graphics drivers and retry..Change the
graphic device (DirectX/OpenGL..) used by 3d max with the
command line: 3d max exe-h to get more information on
this issue logged to 3d max log file ,set environment
variables OGS_ ERROR_LOG_ENABLED and
OGS_WARNING_LOG_ENABLED to 1 and retry the
aplication will exit.
